We offer a 14 day return policy in the unlikely event that you are note entirely happy with your purchase. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and securely wrapped. 

Bespoke products and spectacle lenses are exempt from returns.
